Walk-ins are always welcome also so give us a call &/or come on in.

We can accommodate larger groups and parties by request. Please reach out to discuss our group packages.
We may be able to offer availability outside of opening hours depending on the day and group size. Minimum duration of 2 hours and maximum of 15 people apply.

Some people experience nausea while playing VR - if you are concerned about this come in for a 5 minute test before booking.
A Free Roam session is best if you are worried you may be effected by nausea.

As some of our adventures are seated, they can be enjoyed by pregnant women, elderly people and others with restriction mobility, although they should exercise caution.
The VR omni-treadmills do allow PLAYERS to run at fast speeds and should be used with caution according to one's fitness levels.
The thumbstick should be substituted for movement whenever necessary.

I wear glasses - can I play too?
Yes, though contact lenses are much preferred for your comfort and best results.
Glasses that are loose fitting or over 13cm wide and 4cm in height cannot be used.
If you're not sure it may be a good idea to check with us or a friend with a Quest 2 that your glasses fit within the headset prior to your session - because if they don't you unfortunately won't be able to play.

A change of shirt and/or gym towel can be a good idea too.
We also have 3 showers available if you want to be super fresh afterwards!
