 By agreeing to our terms and conditions during the booking process you are confirming that you and all players: 

are aware of all the dangers (e.g. potential motion sickness) and restrictions to play (e.g. Intoxication) etc, as per the below waiver

; &, aware of the 130kgs maximum weight & minimum 5" 2' - maximum 6"6' heights in order to use the VR Treadmills, & ;  as per the below waiver

NOVACADE VR LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that participating in Virtual Reality (VR) experiences at Novacade VR involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Motion sickness, dizziness, or nausea
• Disorientation and loss of balance
• Collisions with objects or other participants
• Trips, falls, or equipment-related injuries
• Possible seizures or other health-related issues

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with using VR equipment and participating in VR experiences at Novacade VR.

HEALTH & SAFETY

I confirm that I:

• Do not have any medical conditions (such as epilepsy, heart conditions, or severe motion sickness) that may be aggravated by VR experiences.
• Am not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substance that may impair my ability to participate safely.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by Novacade VR staff and to immediately stop if I feel unwell.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge Novacade VR, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising from my participation in VR activities, including those caused by negligence.

I understand that Novacade VR is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

BEHAVIOR & DAMAGE POLICY

I agree to use all equipment responsibly. I understand that I may be financially responsible for any damage caused by reckless or intentional misuse of VR equipment.
